How do you prevent chronic illness from feeling all consuming? I’m laying in bed before 10pm instead of hanging out with friends bc I am exhausted and in pain, even though i haven’t left my apartment in 2 days. Im starting another year of college tomorrow and I don’t know how ( even with accommodations) I can balance anything but school and my illness. I want to have energy to be with friends or have hobbies but it just feels like I will always feel too crappy to do anything but the bare minimum.
