      I agree with the above, lots of water as well as upping your salt intake might help. I've found the best thing you can do is learn to listen to your body really well. If you can identify what it feels like when you are about to flare then it's much easier to manage and prevent the symptoms from worsening. Medication can certainly aid in managing symptoms. And, I know it's hard just existing let alone exercising, but doing even five minutes of like,, a recumbent bike or floor pilates or something similar every once and a while can make a difference. I know I feel better the day after exercising a little bit but mustering the energy to do the exercising is a whole other struggle šŸ˜¬
