Drink a lot of water, more than what is recommended for the average person. Electrolyte drinks/supplements can be good. Seated exercise like a row machine, stationary bike, or yoga can help. Staying away from hot baths/showers unless you have access to long rest times (ex. right before bed) as it can make symptoms worse. Compression clothing, I wear socks. Some people find low FODMAP or low carb diets help but that’s on an individual basis and I only recommended that if that’s something you want to look into. Otherwise checking your heart rate or blood pressure at home if you can is a good idea so that you can keep track of it for your doctors in case you start to feel worse
I’m only on propanalol

You might want to get your electrolytes periodically checked. What are you doing for treatment now?
