Buzzing sound in left ear, should I be concerned?

I've been experiencing a buzzing sound in my left ear since approx. mid December last year and i just noticed that the sound is in tandem with my heartbeat. Is this something to be concerned about? Does anyone know what it could be?

Tinnitus can come about with various causes. Mine started out of no where and I have had it for several months now. The doctors can really do much. Sometimes it can be cause by stress or an ear blockage maybe ask doctor to check your wars to see if there is a blockage. Some tinnitus doesn't last long, smoking and caffeine can make it worse.
