I have recently been trying to work on balance in my life: specifically, investing more time in relationships and getting out of the house more to walk my dog and/or daughter. The problem is, whilst these things benefit my mood, they're exhausting.

      I wish I could get out more, I feel so tired recently that even spending a day sitting downstairs without taking a nap is a win, I find sometimes I just sit and watch the birds in my garden with the window cracked open and that definitely helps so maybe try something like that on lower energy days?

      same here! going out more has been making me feel a lot better, but it's rough on my body at the same time. i'm trying to figure out the balance between it all but it's hard at first :/ i wish you luck with it on your end!!
