Breathing issues caused by anxiety

Yes :( I randomly need to take deep breaths. I know my son will ask me why are you breathing like that

Oh my god, I can’t believe that I wasn’t the only one feeling this! I’ve been feeling like I haven’t been able to catch my breath and I didn’t know what to do or who to tell or where to start lol

I take deep breaths before I'm in a situation that causes increased anxiety.

ive had a permanent breathing tic since 5th grade after taking zoloft

Yes, I have been having that issue as well the last few months. I take deep breaths, but feel as if I can't catch my breath sometimes. It can be scary for sure!
