What Medications or Treatments for Depression Have Worked For You?

Nothing for me yet I have MDD and CPTSD

I’m in my late teens and have been on a number of antidepressants/antipsychotics for depression, anxiety, OCD, and SAD. Currently, Lexapro 20mg + Buspirone 7.5mg x2 daily, and Seroquel 50mg is working for me. I find that Seroquel helps me with my constant negative thoughts. I am also currently working in CBT. Lexapro would be something to look into for depression. I’ve heard that lots of people love it, and I’ve had a good experience with it myself.

Luvox and Cymbalta along with cognitive behavioral therapy and DBT have helped me get my life back. ❤️
