the thing I hate about those really productive ADHD days (where you suddenly get really into cleaning) is that one thing goes wrong and you loose that fixation. my vaccum stopped working (again š) and then I found that our toilet had cracked last night, so now I'm sitting in the middle of a half rearranged room trying not to break down into tears just need to vent, maybe some happy comments, and a hug tbh

Dude yes! That happens to me all the time. ADHD is like: you stop, you die.

Donāt stop yourself from crying! It releases hormones that help you calm down! Thatās why people feel so much better after a good cry! (And sleepy)
i find that stimming helps sometimes! i know it's been a while since this was posted but listen to some good music and know im sending hugs!

aw Jesus always wants to give you a hug
If you need to cry don't stop yourself from crying. At times, it can help to embrace your feelings in order to look inward & challenge those feelings. Maybe you can try starting something different but still feels productive
