Looking for others with FSGS

They think that is what I have but they don't know because my kidneys were too far gone by the time we found out I was in kidney failure. On my first transplant but my levels are elevated so I'm worried about losing this kidney

I have all Alport's syndrome which is similar or at least three end result is the same. Causes scarring of the connective tissues which inevitably causes kidney failure. I'm on my first transplant.
