I'm on dialysis. Been on going for over 20 years with no success of a kidney transplant because of high antibodies. The transplant team says don't give up hope but I don't see how when these antibodies prevent me from getting a transplant. So stressed and giving up hope.

I got stage 3 post Covid and a ton of other chronic conditions. It sucks and it’s bad !! I don’t want it to advance. I’m an ER RN and see the ugly side. The side we all don’t want. I see your likely born in 68 .. I was born in 69 we are to young for this. Do you guys get back pain ? I also have renal artery stenosis and a neurogenic bowel and bladder - I straight cath .. all post Covid — longer list — but I just wanted you to know it’s major to me and find it odd that doctors just gloss over it ?? I have done reading about avoiding high phosphate food and gave up a real love of mine - Diet Coke … yah there’s that

Hi Raylene. I also have stage IV and often feel the same. I have a parent on dialysis who is sicker than me, so everyone thinks I am perfectly fine in comparison. It is lonely sometimes, but I notice that when I write down how I feel about it, then I can “get it out” for the day and don’t feel the need to talk about it as much. It is not the same as having a caring person to talk to about it, but it helps me get by. Maybe it will help you too. :)
