I have chronic sinus infections that last weeks before I give up and go to the doctor just to be told that's it viral. occassionally they give me a round of steroids to help clear it up. Is there anything I should be asking about to help clear them up faster?

I can say from my experience taking the probiotic pills each day (easier for me than trying to get enough through yogurt or something) has definitely made me a little less susceptible to illnesses, used to get stomach bugs every three weeks or so and now its been reduced to about 1/2-3 months. Its definitely a booster that has helped me
