Looking for Information on Autism Spectrum Comorbidities

it was a therapist! she isn’t qualified to diagnose but she said that seeking one out may clear some things up for me. thank you!

Who has pointed it out? Friends/family or professionals? If not a professional I suggest seeing one that specializes in autism and get their expert opinion! I know one of my friends realized she was on the spectrum at 23 years old but unfortunately she was basically told that an official diagnosis wouldn’t make a difference but I think that validation is important. Just try to find someone who understands and can help you navigate it! :)
