Hi, my anxiety has been high lately. ever since i went off meds and put on ones i have taken before. i have not felt the same, shaky, insomnia, restless, acid reflux. plus i get tension on my lower head/ neck and it goes to my throat which causes me to panic. does it sound like my anxiety?
