I need some advice. I’ve always been a passive anything goes kinda person. But since my anxiety started I found that I like to be alone a bit more than I used to. Not because I don’t like company or anything but just because its easier for me to focus on getting my thoughts in order and not start spiraling. Anyways I’ve been having a hard time trying to express that. Like how do I tell someone if l want to be alone without hurting their feelings?
