Feeling like everything's not gonna be okay

i used to feel like this a few months ago! i know that what i say might not help you, but know that you’re not alone and that it does get better. remember all the times in the past where you thought everything was bad, and did most of them end up getting resolved in some way? you’re still here after all of those past bad feelings! life is stressful, but it always goes on. people will always come and go, don’t worry, there’s still so much good to come!
