i feel like i might have trust/abandonment issues or bad social anxiety. i’ve lost so many friends within the past few years and i’m worried if i’m doing something wrong. i made a lot of friends this year and i feel like they might not actually like me that much and that they’re going to leave me someday like the other people did and i don’t really know what to do. i’m constantly watching my actions to make sure i don’t do something wrong. if anyone has advice pls lmk :)

I try to focus on all the signs that the people do like me instead of my anxieties saying they dont. I'm so sorry you've been left so much. You will find your people, just give it time.
Your people will gravitate towards you when you are yourself. It may take a while. But when you do things you enjoy, you meet people who also enjoy those things! When you write on the internet, you meet others who write about the same things! It’s crucial to try and try and try again. Who knows who you’ll meet tomorrow?
@datum thank you so much, this helped a lot :)<3
