Anxiety Ring: A Solution to Skin Picking?

Okay not really a question but I know a lot of people on here are asking what they could do to stop picking at their skin. So I really like rings especially one in particular. I found it while scrolling through tiktok and it is called the anxiety ring. Quick summary of what it is it's just a ring that has a little outer part attached to it that spins. This has helped a lot because I use my index finger to pick at the skin by my thumb when I get nervous. I keep the ring on that thumb and out of habit I go there and actually spin the ring.
