I was finally diagnosed with anxiety and panic. I had been fighting that for 10 months now that this is what it was. I had never heard of having panic attacks without feeling panic or anxiety beforehand. It's been really debilitating. They prescribed me zoloft and vistaril. I'm really hoping they work for me and that I can feel myself again. It's been really hard to take care of my baby when I'm having these frequently and I just want to be the best mom I can be! Anyone have success with these medications?

I've been on Zoloft for years now and, while it's always different for everyone, it has worked very well for me. After a while though it seems to taper.

I’m on 150 Zoloft and I’m am not having any luck. I heard it works out great for most people. Just make sure you give it time to really kick in, don’t give up to early.

@Deathfuffy I'm so sorry it's not working out. I really hope you find the medication that works best for you! I won't give up. I know it will be hard, but I'm so ready to be able to get back to my normal life again. 😥

Zoloft is great with me. Hope it will be for you, too.

On Zoloft and abilify currently, in a better place than I was before them!

Weird question but have you ever experienced a pins and needle sensation in your hands and feet... my body feels like it's burning when I have panic attacks

@Cazzie yes! All of the time. Lately my entire right side of my body goes numb, tingly, and weak. It's crazy what our bodies do during panic attacks!

Everybody's body reacts differently but I recently got my medicine changed instead of taking Lexapro. I now take Zoloft and I can tell there's been a significant difference. I hope it works out well for you as well
