At the end of the day I end up overwhelmed and really anxious. only masturbating relieves me, but I want to stop it. Im feeling very tired during the day. I've already tried, but it's very difficult. actually, I'm trying since 2020.. any advice?

      start with maintaining a routine that you enjoy (including work/school and the important things), make sure you're eating smart and consistently, maybe sprinkle in 30-60 minutes of exercise or even just a walk around the neighborhood. masturbating releases those endorphins that make you feel better so while in small amounts (for this reason) is okay, doing it consistently can alter your brain chemistry (ie less endorphine production to prepare for the wave later in the day) and can become an addiction. I would definitely start with consulting a therapist, psychiatrist, or doctor if those resources are available to you as getting on medication can help a lot more and can help buikd a strong support system. but if that's too overwhelming, just start with improving/altering your routines. also picking up some new hobbies to occupy you during that time of the day could help as well
