It seems like the last few days even taking my meds my anxiety has been acting up nonstop chest hurts constantly hard to take a deep breath loosing sleep it’s real crazy also getting real anxious being at home all alone I get so paranoid I guess I just hate being by myself it’s real overwhelming I hate the feeling I get does anyone else get this way
