im having a very tough time past couple days anxiety high feels hard to breath all day anxious dont wanna do anything and im depressed really bad too.

      idk where you live but the air quality where I live has been horrible. it may benefit you to check air quality regularly, if it affects your breathing at all it can trick your brain into thinking something's wrong and causing a panic attack. sometimes environmental factors aren't the people around us, but the earth itself. knowing what triggers your anxiety may help you cope with anxiety attacks since you know the cause and you know nothing's actually wrong

        @Macieann im not sure i mean i kinda know but.. Me and my boyfriend keep fighting too im very sensitive and hes not😥 i dont handle stress or my emtions well in general cause of anxiety i feel like.
