I'm curious if my anxiety gets better with time or will I be stuck in the everlasting shell of this disorder? I often feel like I can't even return to normal living because my anxiety won't leave me alone i take hydroxyzine Pam and busporin for it which helps me control it but I am afraid I will be stuck dealing with the situation alone!!! help me please?!?

I don't have anxiety but I have a concept that might help you. You see, I suffered from daily recurrent bronchitis from birth to 25, then it was reversed and I live a totally different life now. What I learned from that? If what you are doing isn't working, change the plan if you can. Only change one thing at a time so if it gets better you will know what's helping. Always as much as you can, have something new to try to give your self hope. Develop a relentlessness gritty toughness - because when you get better- and I promise you if you want this bad enough you WILL get better- you will be ready to take on any challenge!

i used to have really severe anxiety, and now it's really mild a couple years later. i'm living a completely different life now than i was then, and the change in outside pressure that i felt was a huge part of my mental health getting better. sometimes you have to get out of a bad situation. but if your anxiety isn't caused my external factors, there's still hope. with treatment (i reccommend dbt therapy) you can learn different ways to cope

So I read this book recently that helped me a lot. Maybe it can help you too. It's called "No Bad Parts" by Dr Richard Schwartz. I personally believe that while I might have an inclination toward anxiety, it doesn't have to rule me and this book helped me learn how to teach my self and my body work for my benefit instead of my detriment. It's work but it's worth it.
