My anxiety goes up and down on top of that. I got diabetes type two I go to the gym. I lost 45 pounds because they say if you lose weight it gets better eat pretty healthy I mostly eat fish, my snacking I gave up all candies. I like to eat some cheese and I eat the vegetable chips. They’re like dried vegetables vegetables that’s my snacking. It’s pretty healthy from what I used to eat. I work a lot of hours I mean from Saturday, Sunday and Monday I work crazy hours, I work Saturday 7 AM to 11 PM Sunday 7 AM to 6:30 PM Monday 7 AM to 10 PM right there with them three days that’s a lot of hours Sometimes I feel really jittery. Does anyone else feel that way I really have no one to talk to. I’m pretty much by myself if someone could give me some pointers how to improve something or anything would help I appreciate it thank you. It’s like I get to the point sometimes I don’t even want to go to work.
