Struggling with Anxiety, Depression, and Anger Issues

I have anxiety amd anger issues too. Ill attacked staff at hospitals ive attacked my own family like the past wednesday i try to attack my mom but my step dad had to hold me down til i calm down. I got bruises cause of it. My therapist is supposed to help me with my anger

That sounds rough. Have you tried finding an outlet of some sort for your anger? Running,boxing or even writing could help a ton.im sure this has also been recommended already,but breathing and mental exercises can be amazing for anxiety. I am also open to private messages if you need a face or direction to shout at when angry, I know that sort of venting helps a bit.
