Struggling with Anxiety and the Decision to Have a Baby

Need support or someone alike So I have been wanting to have a baby. The issue is that my anxiety is getting in my way. I have gotten off of my birth control and started having small periods again (after they have been stopped 10 years)... issue is I'm a bleeder when it comes to a peirod the last time I had a fully unmedicated peirod. I almost needed a blood transfusion. Second is I am scared to have a child. I'm terrified to make a mistake as in a badly disabled child or that my depression will "turn terrible" get so bad that I will regret ever having a kid. I have gone so long without a kid. I thought about adopting, but guidelines are so strict that it is hard to do that in my situation. So basically, I am terrified of my peirod and of having a badly disabled with a possible chance of a mental health issue.
