"Several suggestions include staying hydrated, avoiding skipping meals, and keeping a log of your migraines to track patterns or triggers. Some people find relief by taking 500mg -1000mg of Tylenol, an antihistamine if sinuses are involved, drinking lots of water, taking hot showers, avoiding technology, lights, or sound, and getting massages on the neck and head.
