I got my letter yesterday for two Hospitals that I can't get to, but one of them does telephone consultations, so I opted for that hospital. The nurse I spoke to at my doctors said that she doesn't think that I have sleep apnea as my score was only 3. She also said that she thinks I have problems with my breathing when I'm asleep as I have been holding my breath in my sleep and I also snore. My snoring can be that bad that if I fall asleep at the same time as my fiancé, I accidentally wake him up, so I now let my fiance fall asleep first and then about an hour after he's fell asleep I'll settle down to sleep myself.
