Looking for alternatives to CPAP machine for sleep apnea
My doctor has just finished text my thyroid as I’ve been so tired . It’s normal so now we are focusing on my sleep apnea. Ive done 2 sleep studies that show positive for SA . I will be doing a new one at home sleep study and possibly trying the CPAP machine again . Has anyone tried anything else that helps besides the CPAP ?

I have tried CPAP, MAD, and it made me feel worse. I have UARS / Mild Apnea. I am scheduled to have a SeptoRhinoplasty to improve my nasal breathing.
