I'm facing a potential misdiagnosis of ADHD from childhood, which would explain so much of what has happened to me in life, but the waiting times for a psychiatrist on the NHS are upto 12 months, in the meantime I'm really struggling, borderline leaving my job because I can't cope. I guess I'm looking for anybody to tell me what I can do at the hands of a defunct system to hel myself now, in the here and now.
