Find a psychiatrist close to you :) i found an amazing one and she helped me. Because self diagnosing is really dangerous. It’s something I always thought I had throughout my entire life that I never really knew until I got diagnosed the last year. (It took so long trying to find everything I needed and putting myself first for once) good luck!!
