Anyone diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Late teens and on? I am 18 and I was made aware of my ADHD only recently. How have you guys managed/what are your treatment plans? My doctors just kind of said fuck it, and I don’t really do anything for it. I go over strategies in therapy occasionally but that is about it. I am fairly able to function as I am now, but I know it could be better. I am cautious about medication because I am already on a stimulant. If anyone is on a medication that alleviates symptoms that is not a stimulant though, I would love to hear!
