Hello! I have been struggling with ADHD most of my life, but was not diagnosed until adulthood when suddenly certain things I do and the way I act make more sense. I also have generalized anxiety, which could’ve been caused by the untreated ADHD. I recently experienced my 3rd pregnancy loss and I want to start a journey to getting healthier.
