I have been there at one time. You will get better with help, I promise! Hang in there! There is a book that really helped me at that time. It's called "Courage to Heal" it was awesome! Try to rent it for free at your local library!

I know this comment you probably don't want to hear but maybe you're polyamorous.

I've been there and the guilt is awful. I feel for you and hope you find your way to forgiving yourself. Your meds may need to be tweaked and you may need to talk this out with a counselor. The choices we make in a manic mind set are not normally in our best interest or in the best interest of those around us. I always remember to give myself some grace and try to learn from my mistakes, not let them govern my life. I wish you the best in your future.
