Does anyone have experience with their AC joint causing problems? We suspect I dislocated it at one point a couple months ago but it's been painful ever since. X-rays today showed nothing out of place. I've been in PT for a few weeks but the pain is worse (I love my PT and she's helping a lot and is very understanding so have zero complaints there bc she is helping me figure out what is going on and is not pushing it). The problem shoulder is visibly different and can be seen at rest and while trying to move or do exercise movement. It's higher, pulled forward, and yet nothing is showing up on X-rays. Just looking to hear if anyone has experienced something similar. I'm good at dealing with the pain, as we all deal with it, but I'm so sick of this one.
