Persistent Shoulder Pain After Subluxation

ever since i subluxated my shoulder multiple times i’ve had persistent pain and noticed when my shoulders are relaxed that my injured shoulder is much lower in position. is this something to be concerned about?

I have this exact thing going on right now, it may be an issue with your rotator cuff. you'll probably need PT

It sounds like it’s still not in the right position. I think you should see a doctor or PT on getting it adjusted/corrected or at least get it X-rayed. It could end up settling where it’s not supposed to be and cause further problems.
