I have EDS. Since I’ve been on biologics for AS, I’ve had such abdominal pain. All tests are negative and ER just sends me home. Usually the pain is up under my ribs and in my lower abdomen. If I try to push through the pain to do things, I end up incontinent. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?
