why dont I want to keep taking my meds? they help me sleep through the night and keep my anxiety in check. they are working in all the ways I want them to so why do I feel like i dont want to take them anymore. that feeling feels counterproductive to my own steps toward achieving my personal ideal mental health status. for anyone wondering its 50mg of sertraline and 50mg of trazadone. any advice?

Going off your meds, especially cold turkey, can be actively dangerous, so please be careful with yourself ❤️ Are you also talking with a therapist?

This happened to me earlier this year while on sertraline, I made the poor decision to just stop taking it because I was so fed up with it and didn't want to take any meds anymore (lol though please don't do this it was a very bad idea). I would do your best to see the person who prescribes those meds to you soon. They can always help talk this out with you and give you further instructions that will be safe and good for your body. But in the mean time, I think it's best to just keep going with the meds but allow yourself to sit with your emotions. Hopefully you can brainstorm a little why you are feeling this way, and this will help to prepare to meet with your provider!
