hello is this happening to anyone else so I forgot something In a room and there were a bunch of kids in there and I was to scared to go in there I was freaking about breathing hard and worrying that they were going to look at me weird or saying something about me and I was so scared and my friend was going to ask if I could go grab it and I freaked out another time someone stole something from me and I knew who it was and the same thing happened breathing hard and freaking out my friend got it for me but I was scared dose anyone else breath hard or freak out also get a stomach ache when they get a anxiety attack
