Anxiety causing stomach and back pain

Thanks it’s just so amazing how anixety have a big effect on our body!! Headache, feeling like you bout past out are die,, can’t sleep appetite changes it’s so crazy!!

When iam stressed or having anxiety, stomach gets bloated and feel like pressure.. anxiety and stress causes acid reflux, gastritis

Yeah unfortunately i get this often, i got on medication so its not as bad but every now and then ill get a panic attack
