      Check your vitamin D levels. I'm not saying that's the cause, but i see a trend with low vitamin D and anxiety. If your doctor says your vitamin D is low, start taking vitamin D supplements. Other supplements that are good for anxiety and/or the nervous system are: vitamin B complex, multivitamins, and Fish Oil. I stopped my Buspirone and only take these supplements now, plus I drink a lot of water and don't drink caffeine. I have Hydroxizine to take as needed if my anxiety gets bad
