I’ve had it on my cheeks since I was kid and I’ve tried things that help but it never really goes away. I find that moisturizing really helps but I was hoping someone could recommend on a certain product

I was born with it I'm sure, and I've just used medically recommended lotions and such. Despite it all however, I still very visibly have it so idk I'd like to know too lol

I’m trying to figure out how to reduce mine. I’m just going to try out different treatments until I find one that helps, along with moisturizing daily and physically and chemically exfoliating once a week. I’ve tried a few lotions and scrubs so far, but no progress yet.

I’ve had it since I was a kid, so I don’t know how to prevent it lol. However, I’ve found that gentle exfoliation once a week, cetaphil lotion, a change in diet (no gluten), and low stress helps the inflammation. I stopped eating gluten for other medical reasons and found it helped with my keratosis!!
