Frequent Urge to Pee Before Menstrual Cycle: Pregnancy or Anxiety?

I am supposed to start my cycle in 2 days. I had a hard week which I attributed to PMDD but it usually doesn’t go away until my cycle starts. It’s gone and I’m back to normal but I am having frequent urges to pee. Not painful, not debilitating, my pee is super clear as well. I feel a little anxious so maybe that is affecting that? Any one else experience something similar? Could this be a pregnancy symptom? Or am I dying 😭😭
