a friend knows a lot about DID because she had a phase where she hyper fixated on it and did a ton of research and watched a bunch of DID youtubers, and i’m afraid she’ll figure out i have it and then say i’m faking because of the youtubers she used to watch who had it what do i do?

You also have to remember that we are prone to believing we are faking it. It’s a symptom of our disorder. ❤️

Personally, I do not see how she could both figure out you have DID and then accuse you of faking it because it doesn’t match what she thinks DID is. If you don’t match what she thinks it is, then she won’t think you have it. I know you likely know this, but DID looks different for every body who has it, and I’m betting your friend would realize that too. I hope this helps a little bit 💕
