My Traumatic Experience in Rehab and with my Psychiatrist

I have cPTSD from many things but one of the things was my time spent in a rehab. I do not talk about this trauma often as it was covered in psychotic episodes (worsened by what the doctors did) that I am still unpacking but I know I feel very alone. I am too afraid to search online for other peoples stories or buy a book that explains why rehab was so traumatizing for me. The thing that is keeping me most from exploring it was the issue with my psychiatrist so I wanted to ask if anyone else experienced the same or something similar. My psychiatrist hyperdosed me on benzos that a DNA test confirmed would get me very addicted to. It was in my file on his desk. He gave me eight times the beginning amount you usually give. It almost killed me twice and the trauma from rehab almost got me a third time. This same doctor later put me on meds I shouldve never been on considering the diagnosis he gave me, so that combined with his lack of care to mention side affects he worsened three of my disabilities permanently. It felt like I was his guinea pig. Im scared my case is too much of a wild story to be believed simply because most people think psychiatrists are these perfect genius doctors who would never harm anyone ever especially intentionally. But they are human and can come with the same amount of bias and hate anyone else can.
