Feeling Alone and Unworthy of Love

I felt like this for quite sometime, unfortunately bpd does get in the way of that. It's not that you're unlovable I promise. Some people just don't ever wanna take the time to learn about bpd and your triggers. I do promise it gets better and when someone cares enough to learn about you. That's when you know you've found the right person. Keep your head up! ❤️

I know what it’s like to feel that way, but you do matter. It’s hard for me to believe that for myself but I know that you do I’m sure you’re really important to someone and really good at stuff that makes living worth it. You just have to remember what those things are and coming from experience when it’s been a long time since you’ve felt happiness, that’s the hard part. Instead of deciding the world is against you, what has gone your way recently? Just suggesting the positive thoughts over negative ones thing, I know it’s annoying when people suggest things and you just don’t feel like trying them or already have bc they’re seemingly simple.
