I do not feel like I am in my own body. I hate this body. I hate having feminine features. I’ve already tried binders but they can’t stay on forever. I have doubts if I’ll ever be able to take testosterone. If anyone has other methods to help with feeling less like a girl, please let me know.

You could try layering your clothes to cover the curves and your chest. Over sized shirts. Hair shampoo and conditioner for men because I found the coven 2 in one hair stuff for men made my hair act more like guy hair it wasn't as limp. You can shave your face, let body hair grow out on your legs and under arms. Do a workout routine to get a more masc figure. Wear less pinks, purples, blues. Green, orange, and red give more of a masc vibe in my opinion. I take men vitamin gummies. Try a different hair cut, change your eye brows maybe. Wear sharp angular shaped things like rectangular glasses. Also try to walk more masc. I used the sins 4 walks to figure out how I wanted to walk. Wear masc smelling deoderant or sprays like axe, ect.

Honestly as someone who deals with the same thing off and on, the only thing I can say helps me is surrounding myself with friends who support me and use my respected terms and pronouns. Gives me a sense of gender euphoria. And something else I noticed is time helps as well. It took me a year to accept myself but I finally can look my body in the mirror and see a man.. just with tits haha. But seriously self-acceptance and a supportive environment is my best methods on feeling less dysphoria
