any advice i have an upcoming appointment with my dcotor i havent slept tonight my stomach and esophagus have been really upset i almost/did faint when i was vomiting tonight i feel dizzy and tired i cant sleep because im in to much pain idk whats going on but i do not feel well ive also been dealing with severe constipation even tho i have been taking my laxative medcines for it my stomach just isnt doing well neither is my esophagus and i havent been anle to swallow pills very well they get stuck bad im in so much pain every night any ideas i can do or any advice i know yall have opinions please let me know
