Advice on reducing Lamictal dosage for energy release?

@Bronzino i would say 200 mg still is pretty significant, if you feel good on that then no reason at all to change imho

@Bronzino oh okay. I was on Lamictal for 12 months and I quit it cuz i was getting rashes… Now I’m on lithium orotate (10 mg, over the counter) for mood stabilizing. I’ve felt some more energy from getting off the lamictal. But it’s done a really good job keeping me level.
