Looking for advice on Zoloft for PMDD

Zoloft has been helpful, but after a few years it started to plateau for me (known to do this.. still works but just not as well). I still take it, along with Wellbutrin and natural supplements. The biggest alternative help has been the supplement, Dim. It levels out your estrogens. I am a nurse and had no idea this even existed before this past year… Game changer. Since it does tweak estrogens, I would advise speaking to your physician or naturopath beforehand.

I took Prozac for PMDD and it worked great. Have never taken Zoloft but know others who have and it works fine for them.
