I just wanted to share something amazing I did today. One of my old bullies I found their insta account and today (after a week) I sent a message explaining everything to them and the effect of their bullying (two ppl heavily bullied me) and that I hope they reflect on this and change. They came back to me saying a very sincere apology and explained things to me that were affecting the two’s friendship that I had no clue about. Tbh the person I messaged I forgive 80% (bc I still struggle with mental illness from them both) but the other- yeah no I hate them they’re a manipulator and they are just a bxxch. I’m very proud of myself bc I’ve given myself closure and am able to move on now and it was a big step to take.
